Is 100% Still Available?   That Depends...    Although Borrowers can still get in for little or no money down in certain scenarios, these type loans are limited to goverment loans. Mostly *FHA, USDA, and VA loans.  Guidelines are changing daily and that's why working with a Qualified Mortgage Broker is more important than ever.  Before you call on Lawn Signs or meet with a REALTOR, call me to help you understand the numbers.  YourLoanGuy is always the first place to start.  *FHA requires 3% down today for most every loan.
